Lease ends in May and you can re-sign if you want to. Bike ride to campus. Live w/ 2 older UGA students (senior and grad student) and share a bathroom with one of them. Utilities usually run around $50/mo and includes Internet access. Nearby ATS route 7 stop. House has washer/dryer. Dogs ok, no cats. Male or female; 2 other roommates are males. Quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and nice landlord. Move-in date is flexible, but could be as early as January 1. I'm trying to move into a place with my girlfriend. If you come by and see it by Dec 14th and we ink a deal, I will pay $100 of your security deposit (so your deposit will only be $200, but you'll get back all $300 in May) or I will pay the landlord $100 and reduce your monthly rent to $280 from Jan - May. | ||||||
